1. Warranty Coverage
All products sold on asicminers.org are covered by a manufacturer-backed warranty, typically ranging from 6 to 12 months, depending on the brand and model.
What is Covered
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in hardware components
- Malfunction under normal operating conditions
- Faulty parts such as hash boards, control boards, or power supply units
During the warranty period, defective units may be:
- Repaired, or
- Replaced with an equivalent or newer model
2. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation or usage
- Electrical issues (power surges, incorrect voltage, unstable power supply)
- Overclocking or unauthorized firmware modifications
- Physical damage (water, dust, corrosion, impact)
- Repairs or modifications by unauthorized technicians
- Normal wear and tear
Warranty may be void if the product is operated outside manufacturer guidelines.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact us at info@asicminers.ord within the warranty period
- Provide:
- Order number
- Product model and serial number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect
- Our technical team will assess the issue and provide troubleshooting steps
- If confirmed defective, you will receive return/repair instructions
Some manufacturers (e.g., Bitmain, MicroBT) may require direct warranty handling. We will guide you through the process.
4. Shipping Responsibility (Warranty)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to the repair center
- We cover shipping costs for sending repaired/replacement units back (if applicable)
- Customers assume risk for damage during return transit unless insured
5. Returns & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the volatile nature and rapid depreciation of cryptocurrency mining hardware:
- We do NOT accept returns or refunds after delivery
- Please verify specifications, profitability, and power requirements before purchase
6. DOA (Dead on Arrival) / Defective Units
We only accept replacements under the following conditions:
- Product is defective upon arrival
- You notify us within 14 days of delivery
- You provide clear unboxing video or proof of defect
Once verified:
- We will offer a replacement or repair, not a refund
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- Refunds (if approved) will exclude transaction fees, shipping, and processing costs
8. Non-Refundable Situations
We do NOT provide refunds for:
- Mining performance dissatisfaction (e.g., ROI, hash rate expectations)
- Cryptocurrency price fluctuations or network difficulty changes
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events
9. Used / Refurbished Equipment
- Used or refurbished miners may have limited or no manufacturer warranty
- Warranty (if any) will be clearly stated on the product page
- All used units are tested before shipment

11. Limitation of Liability
